How long, and how much?

Lithium packs do not charge in a straight line. The last fifth takes far longer than the first four fifths, which is why the honest answer is rarely the one on the spec sheet.

Pack and charger

624 Wh pack, roughly 110 W of charge power. The stock brick on most commuter scooters is 2 A; a fast charger is 3 to 5 A and needs a pack rated to take it.

Why the last 20% drags

The charger holds full current until the pack is around 80% full, then holds voltage steady and lets current fall away. In this calculation the first 65 points of charge take 3 h 52 min and the last 20 points take 2 h 50 min.

That is also why stopping at 80% on days you do not need the full range costs you very little time and is easier on the cells. Charge to 100% before a long ride, not out of habit.

Where the numbers come from

The charger holds constant current to roughly 80% state of charge, then holds voltage and tapers current away. This splits the two phases and applies an 85% wall-to-pack efficiency, typical of the switching bricks that ship with scooters.

Battery life

Charging to 100% every day is harder on lithium cells than stopping at 80%, and storing a pack full for months is harder still. The preset buttons cover both cases.
